 2 x daags 1 capsule bij de maaltijd, tenzij anders wordt geadviseerd. Dit supplement 2 mg cafeïne per dagdosering. Ter vergelijking: 1 kop koffie bevat 45 mg cafeïne. Niet geschikt voor kinderen tot en met 18 jaar. Maximale dosis EGCG (epigallocatechine 3-gallaat) is 800 mg per dag, niet consumeren op een nuchtere maag of in combinatie met andere groene thee-producten. Niet te gebruiken bij zwangerschap(swens) of borstvoeding.
